The questions that are asked at interviews are indeed very crucial. After all, employers make hiring decisions based on the answers they receive. Why do you think we can hire you? - This question is asked to get an understanding of your special skills or talents. Here, you should highlight your key skills and unique qualifications.

What are your salary expectations? - This question is asked to see if they can offer you a suitable salary. Here, you should state a salary range for the position for which you are applying.

It is likely that you will be asked one, some or even all of the above questions in every job interview you attend. Take the time to think of possible answers to the above questions so that you do not stumble upon your words during the interview. With time, these answers will come naturally to you.
